Ralph H. Fite
Ralph H. Fite is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Welcome Group, LLC. His tenure with the Welcome Wilson Family businesses dates back to February 1997. Prior to his current role, Ralph held the position of Director of Finance at Welcome Group since 2005. His extensive experience includes serving as the President of River Oaks Financial Group, LLC, a prominent commercial real estate financing company. Before joining the Wilson Family businesses, Ralph built a strong
foundation in commercial banking, having worked as an officer at Bank One, First Interstate Bank of Texas, and Texas Commerce Bank.
A distinguished professional, Ralph is affiliated with the Houston Society of Financial Analysts. He achieved his CPA designation in 1975 and graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1973.
