Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of Welcome Group, announces the signing of a new lease with Absolute Fabrication in East Houston inside of 610. The 20,000 SF, metal building is located at 7210 Clinton. Travis Sector of JLL represented Absolute Fabrication while Andy Sowell and David Munson represented Boyd Commercial.

Absolute Fabrication is an Engineering, Design and Manufacturer of Oil & Gas Production Equipment, Refining and Petrochemical Processing Equipment.
