Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of Welcome Group, announces the signing of a new lease with Erne Fittings USA, Inc. in Aberdeen Industrial business park.  The 45,010 SF, metal building is located at 9725 Kirkton Dr. Greg Barra of Boyd represented Erne Fittings while Ryan Wasaff and Brad Berry represented Welcome Group LLC.

The warehouse will store Erne butt-weld fittings intended specifically for the American oil and gas sector. With four loading areas and two ramps, the center also covers all logistical needs, offerings our customers quick access to our products as well as shorter delivery times. Furthermore, the new logistics center is in a prime location that is easy to reach from Houston’s main thoroughfare. This immediate availability in the USA will enable Erne Fittings to cater to enquiries that were previously not feasible for the company due to lengthy delivery times.
