Welcome Group, LLC, is pleased to announce the completion of a new build-to-suit industrial development for USA DeBusk’s new headquarters and regional service operations. The development includes two buildings comprising of 49,187 SF constructed on 13.52 acres in the Seaco 8 Business Park, in Deer Park, TX.

Bob Berry and Grant Hortenstine with Avison Young represented USA DeBusk in this transaction while Ryan Wasaff and Brad Berry of Welcome Realty Advisors represented Welcome Group, which currently owns 21 properties in Deer Park totaling over 500,000 SF. “We are proud to expand our presence in Deer Park and add a quality tenant like USA Debusk to our portfolio,” Welcome Wilson, Jr., President and CEO of Welcome Group expresses. The construction financing was provided by Trent DeFrates of Spirit of Texas Bank.
