Priti Mehta joined the Welcome Group Acquisitions team in May 2019. She assists in researching new markets, identifies properties for acquisition, coordinates due diligence, develops preliminary ARGUS underwriting, and reviews the credit of prospective tenants. She is a long time Houston resident and a proud University of Houston alumna with a double Masters in Finance and Computer Science.
