Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of Welcome Group, announces the signing of a new lease with ECOROBOTICS in Deer Park. The 36,000 SF, Steel Frame building is located at 905 W 13th St Deer Park. Ryan Wasaff and Brad Berry represented Welcome Group in the transaction.

ECOROBOTICS is an industrial cleaning service that handles everything from offshore specialized cleaning to comprehensive cleaning and waste disposal services onshore to minimize any environmental impacts.

The expansion of Ecoserv into the Houston suburb of Deer Park, Texas was recently featured in The Acadiana Advocate.
