Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of Welcome Group, announces the signing of a new lease with TK Boilers in the Interbelt Business Park is located on the corner of N. Sam Houston Parkway. The 16,800 SF, metal building is located at 14149 Interdrive W. Ryan Wasaff and Brad Berry of Welcome Realty Advisors represented Welcome Group, LLC in the transaction.

TK Boilers Services include troubleshooting, repair & replacement of all boiler & control manufacturers, including pneumatic valves & actuators. Turnkey plant installations include heat exchangers and economizers, support equipment, control systems & custom control packages, along with many other services that involve a boiler.
