HOUSTON, Texas – August 7, 2020 – As part of recent company growth and in line with the company’s expansion goals, Welcome Group, LLC, a Houston, Texas-based commercial real estate owner and developer, has acquired 23 acres of industrial land located on Cedar Boulevard in the Cedar Port Industrial Park in Chambers County for future projects.
