Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of Welcome Group, announces the signing of a new lease with Meitec in the Bayport North business park.  The 28,606 SF, metal building is located at 4107 New West. Ryan Wasaff and Brad Berry of Welcome Realty Advisors represented Welcome Group, LLC in the transaction.

Meitec provides electrical and instrumentation construction services to a variety of energy markets, including drilling, pipeline, production, marine, power, and others throughout the world. Meitec has two permanent facilities, Houston, Texas, one in Metairie, Louisiana, just outside of New Orleans. They support local work and also provide staging for all activities throughout the country.
