Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of Welcome Group, announces the signing of a new lease with JP Services in the North Houston area. The 25,000 SF, metal structure building is located at 16619 Aldine Westfield Rd. Ryan Wasaff and Brad Berry represented Welcome Group in the transaction.

JP Services is a premier provider of integrity testing services in the south-central United States. The company provides oilfield pipeline services that include hydrostatic pressure testing, pipeline cleaning and maintenance, pneumatic pressure testing, pigging and certified torqueing services to its midstream clients.
