GSL Welcome Group, LLC has started construction on an 30,000 square foot industrial facility in Brenham, Texas for lease to Precision Polymer Engineering Ltd./IDEX Sealing Solutions, a leading manufacturer of advanced elastomer O-rings and rubber components. The announcement was made by Welcome Wilson, Jr, the CEO of GSL Welcome Group, LLC.

Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of GSL Welcome Group, LLC., is pleased to announce the development of a second building for Tracerco, a world-leading industrial technology company in the oil and gas industry. The development of a 23,015-square foot industrial facility will be on 1.567 acres within the Bayport North Industrial Park, located in La Porte, TX. The new facility will be visible from Fairmont Parkway and will feature a Tilt Wall Façade and be 10-ton crane ready with a 28 foot eave height. The build-to-suit will also include a state of the art, in house testing laboratory. With this new lab facility, Tracerco will now have a grand total of 38,515-square feet on 3.9 acres in Bayport Industrial Park.

Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of GSL Welcome Group, LLC., is pleased to announce the ground breaking of the new Seaco 8 Business Park located on West 8th Street in Deer Park, Texas. A 21,678 square foot building will be available for lease in the third quarter of 2014. Service Radio Rentals, the premier company specializing in tow-way communication for the industrial industry, has purchased 2.19 acres for the development of a 20,000 square foot building. An additional 6.5 acres is available for build-to-suit.

GSL Welcome Group, LLC has committed to acquiring an additional $80 million in single-tenant, Texas industrial properties in 2014.

The Houston-based single-tenant industrial owner and development firm announced today that it has been allocated additional equity commitments for its GSL Property Fund 21.

The 24,788 Square Foot facility is established on 2.5 acres of land located at 1109 W. 13th Street in Deer Park, Texas.

Spectracell Laboratories, a nutritional testing company, extended its lease for a 20,000-square foot-facility on 2 acres at 10401 Town Park Drive.

GSL Welcome Group affiliate Kingham Dalton Wilson will design and build a property for WIKA Process Solutions in the Park 225 Business Park on Beltway Green Boulevard in Pasadena. The 87,900-square-foot, two-story building will serve as a hub for the companyâ??s engineered temperature and level measurement instrumentation for the U.S. market.
