GEM Mobile Treatment Services has leased a 20,728-square-foot building at 1434 Sens Road from GSL Industrial Partners Sub Two. Lane Guinn of JLM Commercial Advisors represented the tenant. Ryan Wasaff of GSL Welcome Group represented the landlord.

GSL Welcome Group through its affiliate KDW has constructed a new 34,000 square foot facility for STARCON International, Inc. situated on 14.78 acres on Fairmont Pkwy in the La Porte area.

The complex consists of 16,760 square feet of office and 17,026 square feet of warehouse with three acres of yard. This facility will be used for serving clients with in the refining, chemical, food processing, metals, paper and power industries.

The building was purchased from PS Investments, LP in December 2012. The property is occupied by Resource Power Group, a subsidiary of the Caterpillar dealer, Louisiana Machinery Company LLC. The site is used for administrative purposes and service repair operations.

GSL Welcome Group has purchased a 135,244-square-foot industrial building on 15.45 acres at 600 N. Cockrell Hill Road in Dallas.

GSL Welcome Group is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of a single tenant industrial building in the Dallas area. The 135,244 SF, building on 15.45 acres at 600 North Cockrell Hill Road in Dallas was purchased from an undisclosed seller who was represented by CB Richard Ellis. This single tenant facility is leased to Valassis (NYSE). Valassis is a media and marketing services company that helps its clients reach their target markets through blended media solutions, including their RedPlum coupon publication. Financing was provided by Texas Capital Bank, N.A. Danielle Gann represented GSL Welcome Group.
