Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of Welcome Group, announces the signing of a new lease with Red-D-Arc Weld Automation in Northeast Houston. The 30,000 SF, metal building is located at 7020 Zoltowski. Troy Collins of Collins Realty Group represented Red-D-Arc while Andy Sowell and David Munson represented Welcome Group.
