Welcome Wilson, Jr., President & CEO of Welcome Group, announces the signing of a new lease with Ashmin Holdings, L.C. in the Northwest Crossing Industrial Park.  The 32,665 SF, metal building is located at 5535 Brystone. Ryan Wasaff and Brad Berry of Welcome Realty Advisors represented Welcome Group, LLC in the transaction.

Ashmin provides services such as third-party engineering and field simulated testing, as well as provide performance drilling motors and a friction reducing tool. Ashmin is a recognized leader in product engineering and has delivered unique solutions to the industry for close to 15 years. Ashmin has a strong product portfolio and several novel technologies under development.
