Craig G. Wilson

Craig Wilson is executive vice president, COO and board member of Welcome Group, LLC, a real estate development firm specializing in single-tenant office buildings and industrial buildings including lab, warehouse and manufacturing facilities. He has extensive experience in industrial development and residential subdividing. He is also the joint venture partner in Kingham ∙ Dalton ∙ Wilson Ltd., a Design/Build construction affiliate of Welcome Holdings, LLC and is a director of River Oaks Financial Group, Inc.

Prior to joining Welcome Group, LLC in 1998, Mr. Wilson served as project manager for Lakewood Forest, a 700-lot subdivision in northwest Houston, Texas. Prior to managing Lakewood Forest, Mr. Wilson was managing director of Circle D Ranch Company, an acreage subdivision near Austin, Texas.

In the 1980’s and 1990’s, Craig planted over 100,000 trees in the metropolitan Houston area as owner of Craig Wilson Tree Developments and May One Landscape Management.

Mr. Wilson has served on the board for the Mission of Yahweh and is a Jack J. Valenti School of Communications founding board member.

At the University of Texas at Austin is where Mr. Wilson was president of the DKE fraternity. He also attended the Kellogg Institute of Northwestern University.

Craig Wilson is married to Lisa Lee Wilson; they both are native Texans and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
