As Director of Property Management, Roni manages each of the 90 plus tenants and over 4 million square feet within the Welcome Group Portfolio. Coordinating lease and renewal negotiations, managing vendor contracts, enforcing tenant leases, reconciling and invoicing tenants are a few of the tasks Roni performs within her role. Roni enjoys time with her family and football during her off time.
