Ryan Breaux serves as the Southeast Region Acquisitions Analyst at Welcome Group, LLC. He became a part of the Welcome Group in April 2023 and collaborates closely with the Southeast Region Acquisitions Director. His role involves identifying and evaluating new opportunities across markets in the Southeastern United States.
Before joining Welcome Group, Ryan gained experience in the appraisal industry, providing valuation services to institutional fund clients nationwide. He holds a double major in Accounting and Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys quality family moments, bird hunting and live music.
